| -Unlimited
Mileage on rentals of 3 days & above. 1-2 days rental are allowed 200KM/day; For every extra kilometer an additional charges of 20 cents/km -Full Maintenance -Full Insurance with third party and public liability. -Replacement in case of breakdown |
Insurance:
| -Excess
Insurance Charges: In the event of accident or car damage the hirer is liable to an excess payment according to the rented category: SMALL & MEDIUM US$ 300 LARGE US$ 500 LUXURY & SPORT CARS US$ 1000 -Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) at $3/day for all categories. -In case of car theft, the hirer is liable to 10% of the car value. |
Accident & Damage:
| All accidents/Damages must be covered by an immediate expert report before the return of the vehicle to Africar. If no expert report is received, the hirer is liable to all charges incurred by Africar. |
Payment:
| The
estimated cost of the rental is payable in advance in addition to
insurance excess claim deductible only in case of car damage. All major credit cards are accepted. |
Age requirement:
| -21
years for regular categories -25 years for Luxury & sport cars. -The driving license must be valid for over one year. Extra charge applicable for drivers between 19 -21 years. |
Additional Drivers:
| $10 per additional driver and per rental. |
Driver hire:
| Drivers
are available at $25/day (8AM-8PM). Extra charge applicable for additional hours. |
